Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of leaders to achieve business goals, especially in periods of fast change and growth. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is extremely passionate about learning, and believes that the development of teams and leaders as the key competitive advantages. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed in creating cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she offers support for a variety of non-profit organisations.
