Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her education at college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of her placing. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
