Ariel Winter, born Ariel Winter Workman (Janurary 28th 1998) in Los Angeles California is an American actor, singer and voice actor. Ariel Winter made her debut as an actress as a child and was featured in the Cool Whip advertisement when she was only six years old. Her first TV part at the age of 7 on an episode of the CBS sitcom Listen Up!. After that, she landed performances on TV shows such as Monk Bones and ER. Gretchen was a character on the role of Phineas and Ferb on the Disney Original Channel animated show Phineas and Ferb in 2007. Two years later she had her breakout live-action role as Alex Dunphy on the hit television series Modern Family. Together with the other Modern Family co-stars, she was awarded four Screen Actors' Guild Awards for her outstanding performance as the ensemble of the comedy show.
