Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is a American writer, performer and performer well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the 1950s, with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Then she appeared in a number of Broadway performances before she was a star on national stage together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. In the same calendar year she debuted her debut music album called This is Tina Time. Louise debuted as a performer in Hollywood in God's Little Acre, a film released in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda, a character in the film. During this time, she studied at the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her teacher. Her most memorable performance came in 1964. She signed with CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise continued to have a successful professional career, balancing Broadway television and Hollywood and portraying somber, as opposed to her glamour-doll image received. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and in the role of Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although in the last few years she also has made a name for herself as an accomplished director on numerous well-known TV shows such as Supernatural and The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965 and her family moved to Toronto when she was just three which is where she spent the rest of in the adolescent years and childhood. She settled in Vancouver when she was chosen to play Samantha Carter.
